We All Love to Snack
We mindlessly munch throughout the day, and we prefer to munch on snacks that are satisfyingly delicious. Unfortunately, many mainstay snacks aren’t very good for us - full of salt, fat, and carbs.
Some of us have realized this and tried our hand at ‘better-for-you’ snack options. Sure, these snacks reduce some of the bad and tout things like vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, the list goes on, but let’s face it, these ‘better-for-you’ snacks don’t taste like your favorites and don’t provide the best nutrition.
Whether we like it or not, these ‘better-for-you’ snacks are still part of the same old, empty calorie paradigm - just slightly better.
